Lemon Balm has been traditionally recognized as a natural aid for sleep, alleviating anxiety, stress, and restlessness, which are common contributors to insomnia, helping you to fall asleep more quickly and enhancing overall sleep quality. It is particularly effective for sleep disturbances related to mental stress, nervousness, or anxiety.
Licorice root encourages relaxation and soothes the nervous system. Licorice has the ability to decrease the time it takes to fall asleep, enhance sleep quality, and alleviate stress. Ingredients: Lemon Balm (caffeine free), Licorice roots (caffeine free), and Lavender (caffeine free)
Brewing Tips: Use 2 grams for a 10-fl oz/300-ml cup size. Heat water to a boil, turn off the heat, and add tea leaves. Steep the loose leaf for 5 to 10 minutes in the hot water. If the tea cools too much during steeping, you can reheat the brew or enjoy it as is.
